1) For the office location, we currently have a virtual office in Tampa, as no direct services are performed in our office. We will also rent office space for nurse trianings, will that suffice for a local office?
2) We are currently operating on a piggy back contract, are we required to submit if we want to maintain providing services for the 2025-2026 School Year?

1) As stated on page 17 no zero points are offered for small business utilization.
