NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS

This Addendum is hereby incorporated into the above-referenced Request for Proposal and shall

become a part of the Contract Documents.

Due to an insufficient number of bid responses received by the original bid deadline, the City has

elected re-advertise the project to encourage broader competition.

Accordingly, the bid submission deadline is revised as follows:

• Original Bid Due Date: June 2, 2026

• New Bid Due Date: June 16, 2026

o NEW RFP: 320-120526FD REBID

All sealed bids shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Request for

Proposal.

All other terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the original RFP shall remain

unchanged and in full force and effect unless otherwise modified by this Addendum.

Bidders are responsible for acknowledging receipt of this Addendum in their bid submission.

REMINDER: All proposals must be emailed to Fantashia Dickens

(Fantashia.dickens@rockymountnc.gov) or mailed to the City of Rocky Mount as

stated in the RFP Addendum by 2:00 PM EST on June 16, 2026.
