  The Marin County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) seeks qualified coaches to assist with the implementation of the HHS 2025-2028 Strategic Plan, Future Forward, objective to Optimize Workforce. The RFQ focus areas include coaching services on: social emotional intelligence and coaching, communication styles and conflict navigation, and structures, boundaries, and relational leadership. Qualified applicants scoring at least 70 of 100 points will be accepted into a vendor pool and deemed eligible to provide training and coaching services for a period of up to 5 years.
