Description: Carteret County Government is seeking competitive bids for the purchase, delivery, and turnkey installation of a new single-wide manufactured home at 2370 Mill Creek Road, Newport, NC 28557. The project encompasses all necessary site work, foundation installation, utility connections, and interior/exterior finishing to ensure the unit is fully operational and ready for occupancy. Bids must be submitted no later than March 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Submissions may be emailed, mailed, or hand-delivered to the Purchasing Agent.
