Project Description: This project consists of the replacement of the existing freezer & cooler units, condensing units, exterior ground mounted pads, and mechanical, electrical, controls, and security systems for the freezer & cooler. This includes slab and utility demolition, and other scope of work as indicated in the Bid Documents.
