The purpose of this solicitation for the purchase of Generator Step-up Transformers (GSU) (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide qty two (2) Combustion Turbine Generator (CTG) GSU and Steam Turbine Generator (STG) GSU as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.

A more detailed description of the Work is provided in the Technical Specifications included as an Exhibit to this Solicitation.
