Scope of Services
CHEC requests Proposals for Base Camp Services provider for the following:

A base camp facility to sleep 100 persons and feed 100 persons. Locations will be provided by CHEC upon assessment of storm damage and could be divided into multiple locations in the event of an island breach. The deployment is to be for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days, with options to extend by single day intervals.
Base Camp Requirements:

• Kitchen and Catering

• Refrigeration for food

• Dining facilities with A/C

• Sleep trailers (30+ beds each) with A/C

• Showers and toilets

• Laundry services

• Ice

• On-site medical aid

• Site security

• Water, generators, and waste removal (fuel and propane provided by CHEC)

• After-hours truck and equipment fueling services (fuel to be provided by CHEC)
