The City of Richmond (the City) is accepting bids to establish a term contract with a qualified firm for the purpose of furnishing and delivering Non-Insulated and Insulated Gas Meter Valves to the Department of Public Utilities (DPU). Delivery shall be made to the DPU Warehouse facility, if and when ordered, on an as needed when needed basis.
