Countryside Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation Phase 2 Project

The City of Rancho Cordova, Department of Public Works, is seeking the submission of bids from qualified contractors (State of California General Engineering Contractor (A).

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for pavement rehabilitation, including cold plane, hot mix asphalt, rubberized hot mix asphalt, full depth reclamation with cement, concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements, drainage improvements, thermoplastic striping and markings, and other incidental work. Sidewalk and sidewalk ramp improvements are to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title 24 and City of Rancho Cordova standards as provided in the project specifications.

The project area consists of the following streets: Butler Ct., Crawford Way, Croydon Way, Ellenwood Ave., Glenmoor Dr., Goinyour Way, Gonzalez Way, Gould Way, Mills Station Road, Nut Plains Dr., Pistachio Way., Rockingham Way, and Routier Road.
