Category: 2025 Bid's & RFP'S Status: Open Description: The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, institutes, firms, or organizations for the purposes of completing a nexus study to fully understand affordable housing demand created by commercial and residential development, to inform maximum legally defensible fees, and evaluate the impact of various mitigation rates on development. Additionally, a feasibility analysis of a mandatory inclusionary housing ordinance (production-based or fee-based) is desired along with an analysis of pursuing the above referenced housing mitigation strategies individually or as a suite of tools, inclusive of existing voluntary incentives offered by the city.
