Description: Notice is hereby given that the City of Delano invites and will receive sealed proposals (bids) up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. on April 29, 2025, for the supply to said City of SC 3000 cold mix asphalt materials only (No Labor). At said time, said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the City Clerk, 1015 Eleventh Avenue Delano, CA 93215 Scope of Services: At the direction of the Public Works Director the successful vendor/supplier will supply and deliver asphalt cold mix materials to the City for the terms of the agreement and in accordance with the specification in this contract. A City representative will be required to sample and/or test the materials at the plant prior to delivery. 40 % of the total quantity shall be delivered to the city on the week of July 14, 2025. The remaining quantity necessary to complete the purchased materials shall be delivered to the city at two (2) different times on the week of July 28 and August 11, 2025.
