It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.

General Information:

Clark County Parks and Nature invites qualified multidisciplinary teams to submit proposals on the planning and design of a new publicly accessible trail at 78th Street Heritage Farm in Vancouver, WA.

Release Date: Wednesday, June 10, 2026
Closing Date: Wednesday, July 8, 2026

Pre-Bid Conference:

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 10:00am - 11:30am to permit consultants to walk the property.
Attendees shall meet on the south side of the administrative building located at 1919 NE 78 ^th Street, Vancouver WA 98665 to walk in together.
Consultants will have ninety (90) minutes to walk the site. Wear appropriate shoes for walking on uneven surfaces. Should you require accommodation, contact the project manager forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Access is limited to this property. No formal meeting or other discussion will be held at this time.
