Project Description: The project includes the demolition and total replacement of the mechanical / HVAC systems and select services for the existing Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). This stand-alone structure comprises approximately 4,800 square feet over six (6) stories. Building functional programs supported include common horizontal and vertical circulation, personnel break and office space, restrooms, data/communications, electrical and elevator control rooms to support the ATCT “Cab” at the top of the structure.
