Description: The City of San Marcos (“the City”) requests Qualifications from interested qualified Respondents to provide Program Management Services for the Cape’s Dam Complex Project (“the Project”) in accordance with the terms and Scope of Services specified herein.  public safety, environmental conservation, historical preservation, and public recreation (“the Values”) of the Cape’s Dam Complex.  Funding may come from local and federal sources and compliance with applicable regulations will be required. The Project will be managed by internally by Parks and Recreation Department in collaboration with Hays County (“the County”) as provided within an adopted Interlocal Agreement.
