Category: Public Works, Utilities, & Parks Status: Open Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSTHRASHER PARK LIGHTING ENHANCEMENTSRFP PW 26-03 The City of Norcross Public Works department is soliciting sealed competitive proposals from qualified, licensed, insured contractors for the provision of lighting enhancements at Thrasher Park, located within city limits. All work must be completed in 60 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards.
The PROPOSAL package should be clearly marked “RFP PW 26-03 – THRASHER PARK LIGHTING ENHANCEMENTS” on its face and submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026, to the address below.
Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your package to:

An optional, but highly recommended pre-proposal meeting with a site visit will take place on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Public Works department located at 345 Lively Avenue Norcross GA 30071.
All interested firms must schedule a site visit with city staff before submission of proposals.
No PROPOSAL will be received or accepted after the above specified date and time. Submissions received after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm.
No PROPOSAL may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the BID opening. Requests for withdrawals must be submitted in writing. All PROPOSALS shall remain firm for 90 days after submission deadline.
