Description: The City of Amesbury is inviting sealed bids for athletic field landscaping and mowing services pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 30B. All bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 to the Office of Administration and Finance located at 1 Market Street, Office 215, Amesbury, MA 01913, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids may be delivered by mail or in-person delivery only. Bids submitted via email, fax, or any other method will not be accepted. Late bids will be returned unopened regardless of the reason for lateness. Bidders assume the risk of delays in the mail or in the handling of the mail by City Hall employees. Please note that Amesbury City Hall will be closed on April 20, 2026 for the Patriots' Day holiday. Bid documents are available below as a related document. An optional, but highly encouraged, pre-bid walkthrough will take place at Amesbury Town Park (140 Friend Street) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:00 am.
