Description: Woodlawn Blvd. ReconstructionREQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (“RFSQ”) No. 2025-003 Engineering Services for the CITY OF DERBY, KANSAS February 7, 2025 The City of Derby, Kansas (“City”) is soliciting statements of qualifications for engineering services to provide a design for the reconstruction of Woodlawn Blvd. from Winding Lane St. to 55th St. Each “Respondent” must submit three print copies and email to the address below an electronic copy of the Response Form along with associated documents to Derby City Hall, 611 North Mulberry, Suite 300, Derby, Kansas 67037, no later than 5:00 p.m. March 12, 2025. Late responses will not be accepted and will not receive further consideration. Questions about this RFSQ must be submitted in writing to Alex M.
