Adams and delivered to the City Clerk during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time.This project includes removals, patching, sidewalk, curb, driveway pavement, HMA surface removal, base aggregate, HMA binder course, HMA surface Course, signage, seeding and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work.
