Summary

Pinellas County intends to recommend the sole source method of procurement for the purchase of: Sewer Inspection Equipment Replacement Parts & Repairs with Granite Net Sewer Software maintenance and support.

Pinellas County requires genuine CUES Inc., Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) CCTV equipment, replacement parts and services that are directly compatible with all existing County equipment. Additionally, vendors must be authorized and capable of providing Granite Net Sewer Software maintenance and support.

Background

Current agreement 21-0038-N is for Sewer Inspection Equipment Replacement Parts & Repairs. Firms who believe they can meet or exceed the stated requirements must provide a corporate letter indicating they are authorized to provide these services within the State of Florida. The Pinellas County Purchasing Department must receive replies to this notice no later than Wednesday, November 28, 2025 by 3:00PM EST. After this date an award will be made. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bona fide competition exist.
