SCOPE OF WORK
The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform plumbing services including, but not limited to:

- Repair and replacement of water lines, fixtures, valves, and fittings

- Maintenance of domestic water, sanitary, and storm systems

- Installation and repair of hot water heaters, pumps, and backflow preventers

- Detection and repair of leaks and blockages

- Emergency response to pipe breaks, overflows, and system failures

- Coordination with City departments and inspectors as needed
