BID ADVERTISEMENT

The Natchez-Adams School District (NASD) will receive sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. on

Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at the Braden Administrative Office Building, Business and Finance

Department, 10 Homochitto Street, Natchez, MS 39120.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud 4:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, July 16, 2026,

for the following project: Fence and Gate Furnishing and Installation Project. Bids will be taken

under advisement for evaluation and submitted for approval to the NASD Board of Trustees at

the next regularly scheduled meeting.

A copy of the Request for Bids, including specifications and additional details, may be obtained

by contacting Mr. Melvin Davis, Safety/Security Supervisor, at 601-443-7358 or email at

mdavis@natchez.k12.ms.us.

All proposals must be sealed, plainly addressed to the Board of Trustees, and clearly marked on

the front of the envelope as:

“Fence and Gate Furnishing and Installation Project”

Submissions received after the specified date and time will be considered late and will not be

opened.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities

or irregularities in the bidding process.
