Second Pre-Bid Meeting April 2, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m.
Prospective bidders and prospective subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
Prospective bidders will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. Hard hats and appropriate footwear are encouraged. We will notify everyone who RSVPs by email if any further instructions or any changes to the schedule are necessary.

The work entails roof and dormer reconstruction, installation of decorative brackets,and installation of new windows and doors.
