ORIGINAL POST:

The purpose and goal of this requirement is to acquire the capability, through a commercial third-party test proctoring company, to administer professional certification exams for the Department of War (DoW) acquisition workforce, around the world both virtually or in-person, on an individually on-demand approved and scheduled basis.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number HQ003426RE123 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), to acquire the capability, through a commercial third-party test proctoring company, to administer professional certification exams for the Department of War (DoW) acquisition workforce, around the world both virtually or in-person, on an individually on-demand approved and scheduled basis..

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed using the attached Standard Form 1449 and electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
