The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a single agency to provide toxicology laboratory services to support the testing and analysis of blood samples from arrests related to DWI, DUI, Intoxication Manslaughter and Intoxication Assault.
