A. Your firm is invited to submit an offer​ under seal​ to ​Owner​ for the Re-Roofing projects at the Jr./ Sr. High School and Elementary School located at ​the above address​ before ​10:00​ ​am​ local​standard​ time on the ​16th​ day of ​June​, ​2026​, at the owner's address above.

E. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a ​​Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount​​.

F. Successful Bider will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the amount of the bid.
