Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of qualified consultants to establish one or more fixed fee, open-ended contracts for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design and Project Administration Services (“MEP Professional Services”) in support of the County Capital Improvement Program and other service requirements on an “as needed” basis. The number of contracts will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received with a maximum of two (2).
