R1680: Administrative Process Consultants
- Proposal Due Date and Time: RFP Open Indefinitely
- RFP Due Date: Proposals must be received by no later than 1:00 P.M. EST, April 29, 2026
Description: The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining (OLRCB) is seeking proposals from consultants to serve as the Labor Contract Grievance Representatives or Salary and Rating Appeals Representatives in the grievance and other administrative processes that are required by the various collective bargaining agreements between NYCDOE and various unions, and NYCDOE rules and regulations.

It is anticipated that services will commence in September 2026. The contract term is three years, with two 1-year options to renew.
