The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Flood Management Facilities (SARTI & SARTO)

Scope: The San Antonio River Inlet and Outlet facilities are responsible for managing flow through the flood bypass tunnel. In this project, upgrades to the equipment will provide improvements at the San Antonio Tunnel River Inlet facility only.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held via WebEx on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM and a Mandatory Site-Visit at 2:30 PM at San Antonio River Tunnel Inlet Facility located at 281 E Josephine St, San Antonio, TX 78215. Not attending the Mandatory Pre-Bid and Site-Visit meeting may deem your submittal non-responsive.
