Request for Proposals No. HEP-10-2025 – Development of Emergency Plans
Proposal Due Date and Time: 11/6/2025, 12:00am

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeks the submission of
proposals from all interested and qualified parties to develop
and/or update up to ten (10) health emergency
preparedness plans. The goal of this project is not only to
strengthen the County’s operational capacity but also to improve
collaboration with local healthcare providers, emergency medical
services, healthcare partners, and state and federal response
agencies.
