Notes	:	The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College, Florida (“College”) is accepting bids from Valencia’s Annual Prequalified pool of General Contractors for the period of July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. Only Pre-qualified Contractors with a single project certification of over $475,000 are eligible to bid. The project will consist of repairing and replacing covered walkway & canopies on Valencia College`s East Campus located at 701 N. Econlockhatchee Trail, Orlando, FL 32835.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and services as necessary to repair and replace Walkway Shade Canopies at East Campus per plans and specifications.
