Cambridge Housing Authority – Request for Proposals for Pre-Construction Services for the Redevelopment of Corcoran Park Phase 1

The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) on behalf of Corcoran Park Holding LLC (hereinafter Owner) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Pre-Construction Services for the Redevelopment of Corcoran Park Phase 1 in Cambridge, MA. The Owner intends to enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement with the selected Construction Manager (CM). This solicitation covers pre-construction only; any future construction-phase services will be the subject of a separate RFP.

The scope of work for the contract includes comprehensive pre-construction and constructability services including cost estimating, value engineering, and logistic planning.  Services are anticipated to begin in mid-December 2025 and extend through July 2026.
