Description: City of NorcrossDepartment of Public WorksINVITATION TO BIDBRITT AVENUE OVERFLOW PARKING LOTITB PW 25-03 OVERVIEW: The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for the installation of approximately 42 gravel surface pervious parking spaces fronting Britt Avenue below the Community Center, located at 10 College St. Norcross, GA 30071. The vacant property has no street address but is identified as Gwinnett County Tax Parcel 6243 001. Anticipated award date will be March 2025. All work must be completed in 120 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards. The BID package should be clearly marked “ITB PW 25-03 – BRITT AVENUE OVERFLOW PARKING LOT” on its face and submitted by 11:00 a.m. on November 8, 2024, to the address below. BIDS will be opened and publicly read at 11:05 a.m. on November 8, 2024, at the address noted above. No BID will be received or accepted after the above specified date and time. Submissions received after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm. No BID may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the BID opening.
