Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the instructions attached and the applicable provisions of the specifications. **Vendor shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM”) Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. The Vendor confirms to have sourced all OEM products submitted in this offer from the OEM or through the OEM’s Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current OEM’s applicable policies, at the time of purchase. Where applicable, Vendor shall provide Buyer with a copy of the End User license agreement, and shall warrant that all OEM software is licensed originally to Buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the OEM Software.** Bidders are instructed to download the RFB_Instructions_Terms&Conditions Document and the Cisco Smartnet Renewal - Instance List, and fill out according to the instructions in the Line Items tab of this solicitation.
SCOPE OF WORK: The District is seeking to renew its annual licensing for the software applications listed in the Line Items section of this solicitation. No substitutions will be accepted.
