Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish a contract through competitive sealed bidding for the purpose of receiving proposals from qualified contractors to provide Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal for the County. It is anticipated that one contractor will be selected using the competitive negotiation procedure, as outlined in the Virginia Procurement Act. The work will generally include, but shall not be limited to, labor, equipment, fuel, tools, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide the timely, safe, and effective execution of the work detailed in this solicitation.
