Synopsis	The comprehensive health care for incarcerated individuals to be provided generally include: care coordination, initial healthcare screening, physical and mental health evaluation, medication management, routine outpatient medical, dental, mental health services, infirmary level care, emergency services, on-site and off-site specialty care, management of all health records in an electronic format and related healthcare services. The contract effective start date will be on or before June 23, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with the right of the County to extend the term of the contract for not more than three (3) additional years. Any questions should be submitted by 2:00 PM April 10, 2026. The Answers will be posted by April 13, 2026. A tour (optional) is April 8, 2026
