5. Copy of current license(s) from the State of Florida

Documents that are not required until award but may be submitted with the submittal are list as follows:
1. Affidavit Regarding the Use of Coercion for Labor and Services (Attachment D)
2. Affidavit Regarding the Use of Companies Owned or Controlled by a Foreign Country of Concern (Attachment E)

6. Could you please provide information on the daily duration of shifts required for the necessary professions? For example, the number of hours per day?
