Notice is given that on March 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly

open separate sealed bids for Blue Line Detection System at Lindburgh and Minnehaha Tunnels Phase

II, Project Number 65652, Contract Number 25P311.

The work of this project includes upgrades to the existing IDS infrastructure at Lindbergh Tunnel and

Minnehaha Tunnel. Involves adjusting the wiring and beam location of the beams at each tunnel.
