Overview

Summary

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract to provide underwater diving services on an as needed basis for Seattle City Light hydroelectric project locations, including Boundary Powerhouse and Dam located in Pend Oreille County, the Skagit Hydroelectric Project which includes Ross, Diablo, and Gorge Dams and Powerhouses located in Whatcom County, and Cedar Falls and South Fork Tolt Dams and Powerhouses located in King County. This solicitation will replace our current contract number 3714 with Associated Underwater Services (AUS), the spend since January 2018 is $900k.
