Scope of Services
The project consists of:

A new single-story fire station with a 3-bay apparatus. The overall building is around 13,000 GSF

with a CMU and structural steel structure, flat roofing system and metal framing interior. The fire

station holds (10) standard bunk rooms. Reference the drawings and specifications for the scope

of work included in this Bid Set.

The project is expected to start Q4 2025 – reference the construction schedule (Section 3) for

durations and substantial completion. These Instructions to Bidders and attachments are a part of

the Contract Documents.
All bidders interested must contact CORE Construction to get

prequalified.
Bids MUST be submitted electronically through the Building Connected website.

All bids must be submitted prior to the deadline:
Deadline for submission of bids is July 1st 2025 by 4:00PM.
All supporting documents must be included in the bid submission. Bid documents and be found in

the Public Plan Room Files section within Building Connected.
