You will be provided with a link to the files. Simply click it andsave to your computer.You must complete the checkout process, or you will not be notified when Addenda are issued.A mandatory pre-bid meeting for the Roosevelt CTE Center Project will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025.The meeting starts at 1:00 PM CST, in the Auditorium of Roosevelt High School, 4029 28th Avenue South,Minneapolis, MN 55406. All potential bidders are required to attend this meeting. Prompt attendance isrequired, and no bidder will be permitted in the mandatory pre-bid meeting after the meeting has started. Allowadequate time to arrive at the school, park, and enter the meeting room prior to the meeting time. Additionalvisits to the site can be made by appointment only following the pre-bid meeting.Bids will be received and time stamped by the receptionist at 1st floor, Davis Center at the north and south Desksuntil date and time specified above, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in ConferenceRoom N1-052. All bids received after that date and time will not be considered. The vendor assumes the riskof any delay in the receipt or handling of mail or other delivery by employees of the district. The vendorassumes all responsibility for having their bid at the Davis Center no later than the date and time specifiedabove. Envelope must bear the name of the firm submitting the bid, the Official Publication Number, and theOfficial Publication Title.)Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total amount bid in the form of a certified check orbidder’s corporate surety bond made payable to Special School District No. 1.Special School District No. 1 reserves the right to award this bid in part or in whole to a single supplier or toreject any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the School District to do so.
