Scope of Services
Hillsborough County Public Schools requests sealed proposals from qualified public depositories to provide comprehensive banking and treasury management services. The objective of the District is to obtain the most efficient banking services available by combining the banking and treasury needs of the District. The District reserves the right to establish accounts with other banks to expedite transactions as needed.

The intent of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to select one (1) Bank to provide specified banking services for the District. The basic services would require at minimum three (3) demand accounts and other banking capabilities as outlined in this RFP.

Services that are not obtained by the District at the time of this contract may be negotiated with the awarded Financial Institution on an individual basis as new services become available during the contract period. Additional charges will not be added for any reason without negotiations and approval from the authorized District representative.
