RFB ERO LIB #60-F-1-25/26 - Northern Landfill Cell 3 Stormwater Diversion Berm Removal
The project consists of removal of the existing Cell 3 stormwater diversion berm (aka rain flap) and associated stormwater conveyance piping; restoration of landfill liner (if applicable), geosynthetics, and landfill protective cover aggregate; removal of two (2) associated stormwater conveyance culverts, restoration of protective cover aggregate, cover soils and vegetation where pipes were removed; removal of silt-impacted protective cover aggregate within Cell 3 and replacement with clean aggregate to design specifications.
