REQUESTS FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR
AUDIO & VISUAL PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

The Town of Wayland is seeking statements of qualifications from Massachusetts firms to provide consulting, procurement and installation of audio and visual equipment associated with the development of a new Council on Aging and Community Center in Wayland, MA.

For information or to receive an electronic copy of the RFQ documents contact Owner's Project Manger, Kim Treacy at kimberly.treacy@hdrinc.com . RFQ documents will be available beginning at 12:00 pm on January 8, 2025. Responses are due by 5:00 pm on January 24, 2025.

There will be no public opening of proposals submitted under this RFQ. An internal selection committee will be convened to review the submitted proposals, and this committee may or may not contact respondents for further clarification or interviews and may also contact references. Instructions for interviews, if required, will be provided to the short-listed firms.

The Town of Wayland reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all responses as it deems in its best interest.
