Project Description: HCC seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Stormwater Quality Inspection and Permitting as required by city and county regulations for entities. These regulations exist to improve water quality and to minimize negative impacts to the watershed.
This RFP is issued for the purpose of soliciting proposals from individuals or firms interested in providing Stormwater Quality Inspection and Permitting services. The scope of work shall range in size and complexity. This will vary upon the project and requirements. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contracts.
