Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Melissa City Hall Renovations Phase 2”. Bids will be received by Administration of the City of Melissa, 3411 Barker Avenue, Second Floor Administration Suite until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after closing time may be returned unopened.
