The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Division of Preconstruction Services, Design Section is soliciting for professional engineering services to conduct a Value Engineering (VE) study for the Richardson Highway MP 275-298 Rehabilitation project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately October 2026 through December 2027. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $100,000 and $200,000.
