Oklahoma Tax Commission seeking suppliers to provide a contract to produce cigarette tax stamps. These stamps are required by state law for wholesalers to affix to cigarette packages distributed within Oklahoma for tax collection purposes. For informational purposed, the grand total for all Oklahoma cigarette stamps ordered in calendar year 2025 was 128,608,500 stamps. This was distributed in 3,307 Oklahoma tax paid rolls, 280 Oklahoma tax paid sheets, 872 Unity rate rolls, and 216 Tax Free rolls and sheets.
