RFQ: Professional and Technical Services, Coventry Housing Authority

The Coventry Housing Authority is soliciting qualifications from licensed and insured architects to provide professional and technical services for the design of new construction at Orchard Hill Estates. Orchard Hill Estates is located at 1630 Main Street, Coventry, CT 06238. The selected firm will be expected to deliver both architectural and engineering services associated with the proposed project. The project may include but not be limited to paving, sidewalks, drainage, new well, connection to public sewer, site lighting, and construction of new housing units.
