NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Southern Maine Community College wishes to procure

architectural/engineering services for a Roff Top Unit (RTU)

Replacement at their South Portland Campus in South Portland, Maine.

Qualifications packages are due at 1:00 p.m. on December 19, 2025, as

stated in the RFQ.

This project is to replace an aging RTU that currently serves the

McKernan Hospitality Center. A new properly sized unit that will

connect to the current building automation system is required. This new

unit needs to provide heat and A/C to 8 guest rooms and common areas

within the building
