Description: SCOPE OF SERVICES The Alice Williams Library Renovation Project is a comprehensive effort to modernize this historic facility while preserving its architectural significance. The work involves selective demolition, restoration of key structural elements, and improvements to the building’s exterior and interior finishes. Accessibility will be improved through Florida Building code-compliant restrooms, ramps, and pathways, while site enhancements include stormwater drainage improvements, new parking configurations, and landscaping updates.
